Suzanne Renee Justice's Artist Statement for ROT

When I think of ROT, I feel remorse and desperate to reverse my neglect, I let it ROT. What was so lovely has gone sour. Let my paintings be a reminder of how easily something as sweet as an apple or as delicate as a human being can turn rancid.
