Work still in progress

Description:
The piece is 24 inches tall, 12 inches wide. When it is finished, the mask will be secured inside the back of a canvas frame which is lined with text (song lyrics and editorial content). The edges will be completely covered with images -- I am still deciding which among those that I have collected I will use. I also have some found and fabricated objects that are part of the piece, and I anticipate painting, drawing and other final treatment as I see fit to convey the concept. Since nothing is permanently secured yet, I could not shoot the piece hanging as it is intended to be viewed.
